Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages 💔📬
Once your package is in the carrier’s hands, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Info 🚫💖
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can help 💕

We are not taking International orders - yet. When International shipping becomes available, any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
